We’ve been watching the forecast for Saturday, and while there may be some rain, we know Oregonians know how to keep the music going no matter the weather! Make Music Salem is a rain-or-shine event, and we’re confident everyone will do their best to adapt and enjoy the day. Your safety and comfort are what matter most.

Venues - What to Know if It Rains

Host Venues - We encourage you to try and have a pop-up tent available if needed to cover the performers and equipment. If necessary due to rain and if it is logistically possible, you can move any performances to your indoor location or to a covered area by your venue. If it is necessary to adjust any performance times, you are welcome to do so. We just ask that you communicate directly with the performers by logging in to your profile on the match-making site and messaging them.

Performers - What to Know if It Rains

If your availability to perform changes, or if you would like to check on an alternate performance area at the host venue due to possible rain, please reach out to the host venue directly by logging in to your profile on the match-making site and messaging the venue.
